Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

At this time, Haus & Home ships within the United States only.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that larger items and furniture are currently available for in-store pickup only.

 

In-Store Pickup

Skip the shipping and pick up your order in-store for free!
After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, we’ll prepare your order and notify you by email once it’s ready.

Our regular pickup hours are:

  • Thursday–Friday: 12 PM – 7 PM

  • Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM

If you need to arrange a special pickup time, please email us at info@hausandhomedecor.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your items.

 

Order Status

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.
Please note that custom orders and sale items are non-returnable.
Stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.

A receipt is required for all returns, and items must be in original condition.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@hausandhomedecor.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and work quickly toward a solution.
